Workshop for ESF+ Bodies on “How to manage and adapt ESF+ financial support to social innovation projects”

We are pleased to invite you to a workshop for ESF+ Bodies on “How to manage and adapt ESF+ financial support to social innovation projects” of the Community of Practice on Social Innovation which will take place online on the 8 February 2024 (Thursday), from 9:00 to 11:00 CET.

The objective of the event is to assist ESF+ Bodies regarding the management and use of ESF+ funding to support social innovation projects, in operational terms.

Recapturing the needs highlighted by Member States in their responses to the online survey, the event aims to:

• identify main difficulties or gaps faced when implementing the social innovation priority and the funding of social innovation projects;
• share existing solutions or recommendations to improve and simplify the use of ESF+ to finance social innovation projects;
• explore ways to co-create and improve procedures supporting the development of social innovation projects.

Please note that registration for this event is mandatory, but you may share this invitation with relevant colleagues.

To ease the preparation of the event and make it as useful as possible, we kindly ask you to share with us the practical issues encountered when funding social innovation with ESF+, including concrete questions and needs to be addressed. Do not hesitate to be as precise as possible and to provide examples to make your point.
