The implementation of the Twinning project in Azerbaijan starts

On 3rd of April, 2018 the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Azerbaijan announced that the international consortium of Lithuanian, French and Latvian institutions was awarded the contract to implement a two-year and 1,2 million Euro EU Twinning Project “Support to strengthening the higher education system in Azerbaijan”.
Throughout the project, the experts coming from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania, Research and Higher Education Monitoring and Analysis Centre and European Social Fund Agency will transfer to Azerbaijani colleagues the good Lithuanian experience in higher education improvement issues.
