The 4th ALMA Beneficiaries meeting for mutual learning

We are pleased to invite you to the 4^th ALMA Beneficiaries meeting for mutual learning which will be held on-site on the 23^rd-24^th April 2024 in Malaga, Spain.

The event will provide you with an opportunity to:

• Learn about supporting documents for Periodic report.
• Update information on the ongoing activities of ALMA projects.
• Have an interactive discussion with experienced project operators during panel discussion, World Café and Q&A sessions.
• Network and collaborate with members of ALMA network.
• Meet your project coordinators from ESFA in person.

Please note, that the agenda includes a presentation of each Project’s state of play. Therefore, we kindly ask you to prepare up to 3 slides (state of play of your project; results achieved so far; next activities expected) by 17 April and send them via the Portal or by email to your project coordinator.

Also, on the second day there is time for face-to-face meeting with your project coordinator indicated. Please inform your project coordinator in advance of the individual questions you may have if you need a face-to-face advice.

In order to attend the event, we kindly ask you to register using the registration link by Friday 22 March COB at the latest.

In view of the purpose of the event and in order to ensure the sharing of good practices and discussion among the participants, please register up to two representatives per project (submit one registration form per person).

We will carefully review all registrations (if more than two from a single project are submitted) and notify those who have been confirmed. Confirmed participants will receive a separate confirmation letter no later than 10 working days after the registration is closed. Only participants who have received the confirmation letter will have the right to attend the event. Confirmed participants have the right to cancel their participation within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation letter. Confirmed participants who do not attend the event may be asked to pay for their travel and/or accommodation costs.

In the confirmation email you will receive further information about your travel arrangements and accommodation. The contact details of the travel agency will be provided to organise your travel, while the accommodation is pre-booked and will be allocated once the travel is booked. Please note that all services will be provided directly by the European Social Fund Agency, the reimbursement is not applicable (please do not make any reservations yourself).

The European Social Fund Agency will cover the cost of travel on 22-25 April and accommodation up to 2 nights per person between 22-25 April, within the budget provided. Please note that transport costs within the city and airport transfers are not included in the travel arrangements provided.
