We are pleased to invite you to the Community of Practice on Social Inclusion onsite event “Exploring Inclusive Solutions: Study Visit on Homelessness, Child Poverty, and Community Living” which will be held on 09 – 10 September 2024 in Prague, Czech Republic.
During the event, we will be visiting social inclusion initiatives (further details provided in the attached event preview). We will delve into the Czech Republic’s social inclusion system, explore deinstitutionalisation in the Czech Republic, investigate the Housing First initiative and more.
Additionally, participants will engage in a workshop on Call Design and Project Development. We will explore practical ways to implement the partnership principle and disseminate information regarding transnational calls, including their design and project development.

In order to attend the event, we kindly ask you to register using the registration link by Friday 28 June COB at the latest. As we have a limited number of places available, we will carefully review all registrations and notify those who have been confirmed.
Confirmed participants will receive a confirmation letter no later than 10 working days after the registration is closed. Only participants who have received the confirmation letter will have the right to attend the event. Confirmed participants have the right to cancel their participation within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation letter. Confirmed participants who do not attend the event may be asked to pay for their travel and/or accommodation costs.
In the confirmation email you will receive further information about your travel arrangements and accommodation. The contact details of the travel agency will be provided to organise your travel, while the accommodation is pre-booked already and will be allocated once the travel is booked. Please note that all services will be provided directly by the European Social Fund Agency, the reimbursement is not applicable (please do not make any reservations yourself).
The European Social Fund Agency will cover the cost of travel on 8 – 11 September and accommodation up to 2 nights per person on 8 – 11 September within the budget provided. Please note that transport costs within the city and airport transfers are not included in the travel arrangements provided.
