ESF+ for Integrated Pathways: Fostering Social Cohesion: Exploring the mutual benefits of building a two-way inclusive society from the Care and Service viewpoint

We are pleased to invite you to the face-to-face event “ESF+ for Integrated Pathways: Fostering Social Cohesion: Exploring the mutual benefits of building a two-way inclusive society from the Care and Service viewpoint” which will be held on the 21^st – 22^nd May 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal.

At this event we will explore the benefits of investing in holistic migrant inclusion on the long-term care sector and addressing the needs of the ageing population.

To attend the event, we kindly ask you to register using the registration link by Friday 26th April 12:00 at latest.  Since we have a limited number of available slots, we will carefully review all registrations and notify those who have been confirmed. The confirmed participants will receive confirmation letter no later than 10 working days after the registration is closed. Only participants that received confirmation letter will have the right to attend the event. Confirmed participants have the right to cancel their participation within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation letter. Confirmed participants who do not attend the event may be asked to pay for their travel and/or accommodation costs.

With the confirmation email you will receive further information on your travel organisation and accommodation. Travel agency’s contact details will be provided to organise your travel, while the accommodation will be allocated once the travel is booked. Please note that all the services will be provided directly by European Social Fund Agency, the reimbursement is not applicable (please do not make any reservations by yourself). 

European Social Fund Agency will cover travel costs for the trips during 20^th – 22^nd May and accommodation up to 2 nights per person, during 20^th – 22^nd May. Please note that transportation costs within the city and airport transfers are not covered in the provided travel arrangements.

Further information, the final agenda and the practical information about the visit will be circulated closer to the date of the event to confirmed participants.
