ALMA Beneficiaries Kick-off Event

New dates for the ALMA Beneficiaries events have just been announced. We invite you to join us online on November 9th for the 1st ALMA Beneficiaries meeting and on-site in Milan, Italy, on December 5th and 6th for the 2nd ALMA Beneficiaries training event.

The event will consist of:

• Learning about ALMA project management (reporting, administrative procedures, deliverables, dissemination, communication) 
• Interactive Q&A discussions
• Networking and collaborating with other Beneficiaries of ALMA Central Call and members of the ALMA Network

To attend the meeting and receive the relevant information, please register using the registration link by Friday, November 3rd, COB at the latest.  

To ensure the sharing of good practices and discussion among the participants, please register two representatives per organisation (submit one registration form per person). The registered delegates will receive a separate confirmation email with further information. Only registered delegates who receive a separate confirmation email can attend the event.

The confirmation email will provide the details of the travel agency responsible for organising your travel arrangements. The European Social Fund Agency will provide all the services; reimbursement is not applicable (please do not make any reservations yourself).   

Further information, the final agenda, and practical information will be circulated to registered participants closer to the event’s date.

Please note that the ALMA Beneficiaries training event on December 6th will be linked to the 4th ALMA on-site network meeting on December 5th. In the afternoon of December 5th, representatives of the ALMA initiative in other Member States or regions will be able to network and cooperate.

An online meeting (up to 2 hours) on November 9th will focus on the first steps after signing the Grant Agreement: launching activities and establishing transnational cooperation links with transnational partners.
