7th ALMA network Meeting

We are pleased to invite you to the 7^th ALMA network Meeting on-site which will be held on the 26^th-27^th June 2024 in Prague, Czech Republic.

The event will provide you with an opportunity to:

• Have three internal network sessions according to your needs and ALMA network 2024 Work Programme.
• Have a joint session with the experienced project operators from Czech Republic.
• Have the Project visit on the second day.

The event is designed for the members of the Core group of ALMA network, who are currently implementing or planning to implement ALMA measures under their national or regional ESF+ Programmes 2021-2027. 

To attend the event and receive the relevant information, we kindly ask you to register using the registration link by Friday 17 May COB at the latest.

In view of the purpose of the event and in order to ensure the sharing of good practices and discussion among the participants, please register one representative per organisation, who was delegated to the Core group of the network, to attend the event.

The confirmed participants will receive a separate confirmation email no later than 10 working days after the registration is closed. Only participants who have received the confirmation letter will have the right to attend the event. Confirmed participants have the right to cancel their participation within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation letter. Confirmed participants who do not attend the event may be asked to pay for their travel and/or accommodation costs.

In the confirmation email you will receive further information about your travel arrangements and accommodation. The contact details of the travel agency will be provided to organise your travel, while the accommodation is pre-booked and will be allocated once the travel is booked. Please note that all services will be provided directly by the European Social Fund Agency, the reimbursement is not applicable (please do not make any reservations yourself).

The European Social Fund Agency will cover the cost of travel on 25-28 June within the budget provided and accommodation up to 2 nights per person between 25-27 June. Please note that transport costs within the city and airport transfers are not included in the travel arrangements provided.
